Putting the Puzzle Together is perhaps the most accurate way to describe the work of a Casting Director. Like solving an intricate puzzle, it is an intellectual challenge that requires assembling countless unique pieces into one complete picture. Every actor is a distinct element, and only when each one finds the right place does the story come alive as a harmonious whole.

The first internal Guild Awards Ceremony was held in 2021, marking the beginning of a new professional tradition within the Guild of Casting Directors of Russia. The ceremony recognized outstanding achievements in casting and celebrated excellence in the profession.
