1. General ProvisionsThis Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out the procedures for the processing of personal data by
LLC “Guild of Casting Directors” (“Operator”) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006,
“On Personal Data.”This Policy applies to the collection and processing of personal data submitted through application forms for the
Casting Director Course 2026–2027, the website
www.guildcast.ru, and related online services.
2. Categories of Personal DataThe Operator may process the following personal data:
Information provided in application forms:- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- City of residence
- Date of birth
- Education details
Technical information:- IP address
- Cookies
- Browser information (for analytics through Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics)
Personal data is processed only with the data subject’s consent.
3. Purposes of ProcessingPersonal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Reviewing applications for participation in the Casting Director Course (including lectures, webinars, over 300 hours of practical training, and the issuance of a professional retraining diploma);
- Providing information about the course, assignments, webinars, and diploma delivery (including transfer of necessary information to postal or courier services);
- Improving the quality of educational programs through statistical analysis and participant feedback;
- Informing participants about similar educational programs and courses;
- Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Methods of ProcessingPersonal data may be processed by:
- Collection;
- Recording;
- Systematization;
- Storage;
- Use (including communications, newsletters, and analytics);
- Limited disclosure to postal or courier services for diploma delivery (without cross-border data transfer);
- Destruction upon achievement of the processing purposes or at the data subject’s request.
The Operator does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for data subjects.
5. Data Retention and DeletionPersonal data is retained for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing:
- 11 months (duration of the course);
- 10 additional years for archival purposes.
Personal data will be deleted within
30 days following withdrawal of consent, expiration of the retention period, or completion of the processing purposes.
6. Rights of the Data SubjectIn accordance with Articles 14–22 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, data subjects have the right to:
- Access their personal data;
- Request correction or updating of inaccurate data;
- Withdraw consent by submitting a written request to guild@guildcast.ru;
- Request restriction or deletion of personal data;
- File complaints with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor).
Requests are processed within
30 calendar days.
7. Security MeasuresThe Operator implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:
- Secure encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL);
- Restricted access using passwords and access controls;
- System log monitoring and antivirus protection.
8. Cookies and AnalyticsThe website uses cookies to ensure proper functionality and to collect analytical information through
Yandex Metrica.
Users may disable cookies through their browser settings; however, some website functions may become unavailable.
