Irina Lavrentyeva
In 2005, she completed the professional training program for Assistant Directors for Casting at Mosfilm, established by Karen G. Shakhnazarov, Director General of the Mosfilm Cinema Concern.
She later joined the program as an instructor and, as a course leader, trained three graduating classes of Assistant Directors for Casting.
From 2007 to 2017, she worked at Courier Film Studio.
From 2011 to 2014, she worked as a Casting Producer at TNT Television Network, supervising casting and production for the television projects Studio 17, It’s Always Sunny in Moscow, The Tender Age Crisis, Chernobyl: Exclusion Zone, Is It Easy to Be Young?, Shameless, Mistresses, The Island, Bonus, and The Law of the Jungle.
From 2015 to 2022, she was a member of the Creative Personnel Department at Mosfilm.
She has been a member of the Guild of Casting Directors of Russia since 2021.
