From 1998 to 2003, she worked as an Assistant Director at the Oleg Tabakov Theatre in Moscow.
Since 2000, she has worked at Mosfilm, first as an Assistant Director for Casting and later as a Casting Director.
She is a member of the International Casting Directors Network (ICDN) of European Film Promotion (EFP).
